The Black Spruce play their home matches at the Loyalists RFC rugby grounds, located on the north side of Fredericton alongside the St. John River. Fredericton is the capital city of New Brunswick (since 1785). The Fredericton Loyalists Rugby Football Club generously provides the grounds for the Black Spruce to use. The rugby venue includes two pitches, a third all-weather pitch currently under construction, an onsite clubhouse, and 4 beach volleyball courts.
The clubhouse facility includes two sets of change rooms with showers, as well as a fully stocked and licensed bar. The bar is affectionately referred to by its patrons as the "Biggest Bar on the North Side".
Private groups or persons can rent these facilities for gatherings, meetings, banquets and the like. For information regarding rental and availability of the clubhouse facilities, contact Ryan Jackman of the Fredericton Loyalists.
